This modern nylon string guitar is part of a set of two custom made guitars with matching flitch cut flamed Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. The top is made of ancient flamed redwood with paua shell purfling and Macassar ebony bindings. It also features fossilized ivory fitting such as the tie-block, Nut, saddle and falling leaf inlays. The over the top materials and appointments did not get in the way of this guitar being ultra responsive and having a voice that many people described a grand piano. The two guitars in this special set also have matching custom necks profiles and setups so the owner could easily switch from one to the other with no need to adjust his playing style.
